Brut Rosé

Vino Spumante Metodo Classico

Brilliant and clear onion-skin colour, with a very fine and long-lasting perlage. The bouquet is alluring and fragrant: hints of breadcrust, wisteria and roses, with a secondary note of delicate hazelnut, menthol and a touch of citrus-peel on the finish. The flavor reveals a vibrant freshness and decisive almond touch; it progressively becomes more enveloping with a light, lingering mineral finish

Grape varietals

Pinot Grigio and Sangiovese, spurred cordon pruning, harvested between the end of August and beginning of Septemberre

Vinification

The production cycle involves many months and strictly respects all the rules for Metodo Classico sparkling wine production. Bottle fermentation requires 9 months, followed by hand-riddling on pupitres for 45 days; the bottles then remain neck-down for one month before disgorgement, followed by at least another 2 months aging in the cellars before release. Dosé
