What are the measures against Covid 19 adopted by Lungarotti?
You can access the cellar rooms only with your valid GREEN PASS and if you are aware that you do not have flu symptoms, temperature over 37.5 ° C or other symptoms of respiratory infection.
Access will be allowed only if equipped with a mask, to be worn correctly for the duration of the visit.
The tastings will be guaranteed and carried out upon reservation, with a single, spaced session and with food pairing (where applicable) in single portions.
During the tastings at the Enoteca or outdoors under the “tettoia”, tables will be set up in compliance with safety distances. The tables will be disinfected after each change of tasting session.
After the tasting, guests can stop for a picnic under the canopy of the cellar on the same tables they used for the tasting or move to the vineyard to suitably prepared locations. Tables will be disinfected after each picnic.
Glasses are delivered to the customer personally and collected at the end of the tasting to be sterilized with a wash in a glass washer.
The preparation of food in combination with tastings and catering is made by Enoteca della Cantina that has adopted its own Safety Protocol. The dishes are washed with a dishwasher at a temperature of 70 ° C.
Visits and tastings must be booked by phone or email in advance. If the electronic payment is made by contactless credit card, this will be held in the hand by the customer to whom the operator approaches the pos. The equipment used for payment (pos, cash, telephone, computer, mouse, reception desk, etc.) are periodically disinfected. The paper information material is given by the operator to the individual visitor and if he does not bring it with him, it is not reused. Technical data sheets are also made available to visitors in electronic format that can be easily downloaded on their personal devices. The tasting table is disinfected after each tasting session.
Visitors can access the store of the cellar, respecting the safety distance of at least 1 meter.
Inside the store there is a dispenser with hydroalcoholic solution for hand sanitation. Customers must always wear the mask, as well as the salesperson in all conditions of interaction with customers.
The sales employee must ensure frequent hand hygiene with sanitizing products before and after customer service. If customers want to touch the product before purchase (bottles – cartons) they must imperatively disinfect their hands before handling it.
Natural air exchange in indoor environments is always favored. Visits inside the production zone will always be carried out in compliance with safety distances, for individuals or groups of up to 15 people.
Visitors must wear a mask and if they do not have one it must be provided, even for a fee.
Visitors must be informed in advance of this obligation and also of the fact that their body temperature must be measured with a thermoscanner and that in the case of temperature> 37.5 ° C access will be denied.
It would be preferable not to allow children under the age of 6 to access the visit inside the production zone, as they too must wear a mask. Parents must supervise minors to ensure that they respect interpersonal distancing and behavioral norms compatibly with their degree of autonomy and their age.
If visitors need to be accompanied to visit the vineyards, the route will be carried out by guests with their own means of transport, while the company staff will use their own.

Do you have to wear comfortable clothes?
Heels or “uncomfortable” shoes are not recommended.
Does the winery have a parking space?
Yes, ample parking for cars, motorcycles, bicycles and buses.
Are pets allowed?
Our friends must remain outside the cellar but will be welcome at our welcome point.
Is there a service in place of wine tasting for children under 18?
We do not serve alcohol to minors under the age of 18 but, upon reservation, we will prepare alternative juices and drinks.
Are there combinations for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs and allergies?
It is possible to combine our wines with every food requirement, by reservation.
Is the winery accessible to people with disabilities?
Upon reservation it is possible to book guided tours and tastings.
Is it possible to buy Lungarotti products on the farm?
At our stores in Torgiano (Enoteca della Cantina and Osteria del Museo) and Montefalco it is possible to buy Lungarotti and local products.
Is it possible to ship the wines purchased in the wine shop?
You can request a cost estimate by writing to email@example.com and receive all the products of the Lungarotti line comfortably at your home. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
How long does the shipment take?
European countries EU or non-EU countries (Switzerland) are normally reached in 2-5 working days. Extra UE 8/9 working days.
