Sangiovese, harvested in September; 4000 vines/hectare; yield 11,000 kg/hectare
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel with brief maceration followed by removal of skins; must is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature

tasty for happy hour, excellent with hors-d’oeuvres, charcuterie, soups, meat and vegetable casseroles, quiche, white meat, fresh- and salt-water fish, fried dishes, egg-based dishes
