DOP Umbria Colli Martani
From the olive groves of Torgiano and the surrounding hills, an extra virgin olive oil from first-harvested olives that decisively espresses the characteristics of its land of origin: brilliant green with golden reflections, intense aroma with herbaceous scents, decisively bitter flavour, and contained spiciness blended with great balance.

Anecdotes
Torgiano is part of the Umbria-Colli Martani appellation but Lungarotti extra virgin oil has always taken pride in its Umbrian identity, even many years before the DOP appellation: as a matter of fact, as early as the 1960’s, the place of origin already appeared on the label. Today the olives are certified and the varietals are the traditional ones, selected according to the ancient selection criteria of this territory.
